Our Pricing

Here at Turf Club Lawn & Landscape, we understand that price does play a role in the decision making process. It is uncommon in our industry to share this kind of information, but we strongly believe in earning the trust of our customers, employees, and the community.

We strive to make a financially-sustainable business that can serve our Customers far into the future. We aren't the lowest price in town, but we certainly are not the most expensive. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to give our Customers the best price possible.

Lawn Mowing cost

Prices start at $40

Weekly service only

Variables that will effect price:

Size-  The square feet of turf area.  Also, a perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd shaped lawn.

Obstacles- These are things such as playgrounds, firepits, trampolines, or any other kind of yard obstruction. This adds time to all aspects of the service.

Access-  Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service.

Trimming and cleanup cost

Prices start at $150

This is one of the easiest way to improve curb appeal. Most of our customers have an early spring cleanup to get their property in shape for summer and cleanup winter storm debris. Then, in late fall we will do another cleanup to cut back perennials, cleanup fallen leaves, and get the plants and property ready for winter.

Mulching cost

Prices start at $100-$195 per yd. of mulch

Minimum 2 yards of mulch

(1 yard= 135 sq. ft. covered at 2 inch depth)

Variables that will effect price:

Edging- Do mulch beds need to be redefined.

Weeds/Cleanup- Are there any weeds that require to be sprayed and pulled. Also is there any cleanup within beds (leaves, sticks, excess mulch)

Accessibility- Are landscape beds close to vehicle/mulch pile. Is there a hillside or other obstruction that can hinder our efficiency.
